In this role, you are the main point of contact for customers and ensure that the order process and service delivery run smoothly. From the location in Kampen, you will work together with a small, professional team and communicate daily with customers, account managers, and various internal departments.
You will be responsible for entering and following up on orders in SAP, answering questions about products, delivery times, and order status, and ensuring that everything is properly recorded administratively. You will also handle complaints and deviations and actively think along to find appropriate solutions.
This position offers a great mix of customer interaction, administration, and problem-solving. You make a direct contribution to customer satisfaction and work in an international environment with an informal atmosphere and short communication lines.
You will be working within an international organization in Kampen that develops technical systems for the automotive, transport, and maritime sectors. The Customer Service team consists of six colleagues and works closely together in an informal working environment with short communication lines. From Kampen, the Customer Service Representative supports customers and service partners worldwide.
