In this role, you combine technical expertise with direct contact with service partners and installers. You provide first-line support in the Benelux region while also resolving complex international malfunctions, improving and optimising technical processes and systems.
As a Technical Support Engineer Marine, you are the point of contact for complex technical issues within the maritime segment. You support servicepartners in the Benelux and analyse technical problems occurring internationally. When issues escalate, you take the lead and collaborate with engineering, quality departments, and product management to implement structural solutions. In addition, you improve documentation, share knowledge within international teams, and ensure recurring issues are prevented. From Kampen, you work closely with colleagues both locally and abroad.
You will join an international organisation that develops technical systems for the automotive, transport, and maritime sectors. From the office in Kampen, you support customers and service partners worldwide.
