Are you technically skilled, enjoy traveling, and eager to make an impact at customer sites worldwide? Then this position as a Field Service Engineer might be the perfect fit for you.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining high-quality machinery at customer locations around the world. You ensure thorough preparation, flawless execution, and clear reporting after each project. On-site, you are the main point of contact for the customer: you coordinate tasks, instruct operators and technicians, and, when necessary, supervise local personnel. You also analyze technical issues and provide advice on possible improvements. Frequent travel (approximately 50–60%) is no problem for you — in fact, you see it as an opportunity to grow and experience different cultures.
You will work from our base in Heerde but operate mainly on an international level. You’ll be part of a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and craftsmanship are key values.

- Secondary vocational education (MBO) diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (level 3 or 4)
- Good command of English (German is a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally (50–60% of your time)
- Ability to work independently, with a hands-on and customer-focused attitude
- Strong technical insight combined with a service-oriented mindset
