As a Production Operator – Food Industry, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the coating line where biscuits receive their final chocolate layer. You carefully follow recipes, production instructions and quality standards to ensure every product meets customer expectations.
Working as a Production Operator means taking responsibility for both product quality and process efficiency. You perform quality checks, monitor production parameters and contribute to a clean and safe working environment. Hygiene and food safety are essential in this role, and you work according to the HACCP guidelines.
You will mainly work in a 5-shift schedule, with some periods in a 3-shift rotation. This position offers plenty of variety, responsibility and opportunities to develop your technical and operational skills within the food manufacturing industry.
You will join one of the largest confectionery manufacturers in Northwest Europe. The production facility and headquarters are located in Harderwijk, where the company has been producing high-quality food products since 1958.
As a family-owned business with a history dating back to 1880, the company produces a wide range of products, including chocolate-coated biscuits, gingerbread, crispbread and children's biscuits. Many of these products can be found on supermarket shelves throughout Europe under well-known private-label brands.
