Are you skilled with machines and a true team player? As an Operator, you keep the production line running, resolve malfunctions, and help produce the best products!
As an Operator, you will work in a 2-shift system and ensure that the entire production line runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work directly under the team leader and provide operational guidance to your colleagues on the line. Thanks to your technical insight, you monitor the production process, make adjustments where necessary, and resolve minor malfunctions quickly and independently.
At the start of the day, you carefully set up the machines and make sure all production and packaging materials are ready. During production, you closely monitor the process and take immediate action in case of deviations. For larger malfunctions, you involve the team leader. You place great importance on a clean and safe working environment and therefore always work in accordance with applicable hygiene and safety regulations. In addition, you support production employees on the shop floor where needed, ensuring that the team achieves its production targets together.
